Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method:

    • U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days after shipment

    • International: Varies by destination (typically 7–21 business days)

  • Delivery delays may occur due to high volume or carrier service disruptions.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking info becomes active within 24 hours.

  • If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.


International Shipping

  • We do not offer international shipping. 


Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take care in packaging our items, but shipping issues can happen. If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us at rustickonocti@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

  3. We will assess the situation and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
